FAQs for Cessation of the ToyotaME (TME) Points

  1. 1. Why is BMS ceasing the TME points?
    As part of our ongoing efforts to align with current market trends and build relationships with customers that last, we are ceasing the TME points program to revamp it so that we can continue to engage our customers with more exciting programs.
  2. 2. What will happen to my remaining points in my account?
    From now until 31 August 2020, you may log on to your TME account on the My Toyota app or to view the items/vouchers available and use your TME points to make redemptions.
  3. 3. By when do I need to utilise or redeem my remaining TME points?
    You may make a redemption using your remaining TME points by 31 August 2020. Any TME points that are not utilised by 31 August 2020 will be forfeited and can no longer be redeemed by you.
  4. 4. My points are not sufficient to redeem any items/vouchers. What can I do with my points?
    If you do not have sufficient points to redeem any items/vouchers, we sincerely apologise that redemption will not be possible and we thank you for your support. Do look out for our upcoming exciting programs coming your way.
  5. 5. My points have expired. Can I seek an extension of points/vouchers?
    No, extension of points will not be allowed.

    No, extension of vouchers will not be allowed.
  7. 7. What is available for redemption?
    Please log on to your ToyotaME account to view the rewards catalogue and select your preferred items for redemption with your available TME points.
  8. 8. All items are fully redeemed. When are you going to replenish your stock? What am I going to do?
    As some items are available only while stock last, we advise you to select those items that are available for your redemption by 31 August 2020. As we are revamping our TME program, we will not be replenishing stocks.
  9. 9. How are you going to compensate/ refund me for my unredeemed points?
    Any unredeemed TME points will be forfeited after 31 August 2020. We thank you for your support but regret to inform you that refunds are not applicable.
  10. 10. Can I combine the TME points with my family’s other vehicles to redeem the items/vouchers?
    Sadly, the TME points are non-transferable. Please log in to your ToyotaME account and select the available items/vouchers for your redemption by 31 August 2020.
  11. 11. Will there be any replacement for this rewards program? What other loyalty programs do you have?
    We are currently revamping our rewards program and we are committed to bring to you more exciting programs. Meanwhile, keep a lookout for our upcoming promotions and programs exclusive for our Toyota customers.

    Please reset your password using My Toyota app or
