Toyota Global Product Recall 2020
TOYOTA MOTOR CORP ANNOUNCED A GLOBAL PRODUCT RECALL
SINGAPORE, January 21, 2020―Toyota Motor Corp announced a global product recall of 3.4 million vehicles due to an electronic glitch that might result in air bags not deploying in crashes.
Toyota vehicles sold in Singapore by Borneo Motors are not affected by the recall.
Regarding a previous recall related to TAKATA airbag, Borneo Motors is working closely with LTA, and have been in touch with affected customers to rectify any remaining cases.
